All our items are sent with tracking, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. We do not take responsibility for deliveries lost or damaged in transit.

We want you to be happy that you have made a quality purchase. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. We do not offer exchanges. Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return.

Please return your item using a tracked and insured delivery service, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

You will receive your refund within 3-5 business days, the shipping cost is non-refundable for returns. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
